CLASS FEE INFORMATION

Student fees should be paid for all students at this point in the semester. Invoices will be going out to those who have not yet paid.

• ALL CAST & CREW/TECH: $150* (Charlie Brown, Rumors & Sylvia)

• INTRO TO THEATRE CLASS: $50 (4th Block)

• ORCHESTRA: $50

NOTE: Students in multiple performances pay only ONE FEE - please check with Mr. Morrett if questions!

CHARLIE BROWN - SACK LUNCH SPECIAL CHILDREN’S EVENT

 

 

HELP US PROMOTE THIS GREAT EVENT…

Wheeler Theatre is delighted to invite you to a Special Event to meet the fun and iconic characters of the Peanuts Gang - Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Linus, and Lucy! Join us for A Paper Sack Lunch with Charlie Brown & Friends on November 2. You will get to meet Charlie Brown, Snoopy & all the musical characters, plus enjoy a fun sack lunch, kite making & photos in Snoopy’s Dog House! Tickets are $25 and include entry into the event PLUS one student ticket to Wheeler Theatre’s presentation of You’re a Good

Man Charlie Brown on November 14-16! This event is for children ages 4 years old & above - adults free with child (ren).

AFTER SCHOOL REHEARSALS:

• ELECTION DAY REHEARSAL NOV 4 - 1:00 - 6:00 pm

• Please check the WEBSITE CALENDAR for all rehearsal dates.

• CAST /TECH will rehearse on Tuesday and Thursdays 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm

• ORCHESTRA will rehearse on Mondays 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm

PERFORMANCES & TECH WEEK: Everyone MUST be present - no excuses!

• Tech - SUNDAY 11/9 - 1:00 - 6:00 pm

• Tech - Monday 11/10 - 3:30 - 8:00 pm (dinner provided)

• Tech - Tuesday 11/11 - 3:30 - 8:00 pm (dinner provided)

• Tech - Wednesday 11/12 - 3:30 - 8:00 pm (dinner provided)

• Tech - Thursday 11/13 - 3:30 - 8:00 pm - Final Dress (dinner provided)

• Show - Friday 11/14 - 3:30 pm call time / 7:00 pm show (dinner provided)

• Show - Saturday 11/15 - 1:00 pm call time / 2:00 pm show and 7:00 pm show (lunch provided) - SHULER SHOW!

• Show - Sunday 11/16 - 1:00 pm call time / 2:00 pm show (no meal)

REMINDERS…

• Bring your water bottle!

• Make arrangements for meals if your student has specific dietary needs.

• Students should bring their “tech week” box/basket of personal items needed for the week on Monday 11/10.

 

THESPIAN SOCIETY

NEXT Meetings: Wednesday, October 29 and Monday, November 17

• FEES:

  • NEW Thespian: $35 initiation (new students) + $60/year

  • RETURNING Thespian: $60/year

THESCON - FEBRUARY 5-7, 2026

• Students going to Thescon should have already turned in their registration page and paid $150.

• STEP TWO: Mr. Morrett will complete the CCSD overnight field trip form for registered/paid students only. Once approved by WHS Administration the form will be added to ParentVue for parents to complete. Form should be completed IMMEDIATELY upon notification it has been added to the account.

• STEP THREE: Pay the remaining balance for transportation & lodging. NOTE: This amount is based on the

  • number of students going and could change. Pay the $175 (or remaining balance) - DUE NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 6
